Purpose:

To consider changes to the Contract Procedure Rules arising from the development of STaR.

Decision:

The Executive considered proposed changes to the Contract Procedure Rules (PR6 of the Constitution) arising from the work of the Stockport, Trafford and Rochdale (STaR) joint procurement arrangements and consequential changes to the Officer scheme of Delegation (Part 3 of the Constitution) and recommended to the Council Meeting that it approve the amendments to the Constitution as detailed in the report and its appendices.
