Purpose:
The approval of the Council’s Local Development Scheme prepared pursuant to the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, which sets down the Council’s programme for the preparation of local development documents, for submission to the Secretary of State.

The Executive Meeting has approved the Local Development Scheme (LDS) 2011 Revision.
