The Executive will be asked to agree the Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule for public consultation and agree the resources, processes and the timetable necessary for its approval.
The Executive considered a proposal to introduce the Community Infrastructure Levy that would allow the Council to seek contributions from developers to assist with the cost of infrastructure needed to support new developments and has approved the Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule and the commencement of its statutory stages to adoption.
