Purpose:

The report sets out the Council’s strategic intent for the operation and ownership of property. The plan will indicate target areas for savings in the operation of property and the general approaches which will enable the target savings to be realised. It will not contain any specific interventions and is intended to become a publicly available document.

The Executive to considered and noted progress with the development of the Stockport Property Alliance (SPA) and approved the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
