Stockport as part of the delivery of the Covent Garden Village
Master Plan
Decision:
The Executive Meeting has agreed that, pursuant to Section 14A of the Acquisition of Land Act 1981, the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport (Hopes Carr, Stockport) (Phase 4 Development Scheme) Compulsory Purchase Order 2013 be confirmed without modification.
