Purpose:

Approval for the appointment of a preferred developer for the Covent Garden Village Regeneration Project3

Decision:

The Executive Meeting considered the outcome of a procurement process to identify a partner to work with the Council to progress phases 3 and 4 of the Covent Garden Master Plan and has agreed that Eric Wright/Your Housing be appointed as preferred developer and that work be undertaken to enter into a development agreement to deliver the new housing proposals.
