Document Final Report - Repairing Potholes and Other Defects

The Review considered the repair of potholes and other defects on the adopted highway, both the process and quality of repairs. Specifically this entailed:- · a review of the repair process (potholes and other defects on the highway) including the ‘back office’ process to help determine if there are opportunities for changes and/or efficiency · a review of the quality of reactive maintenance repair (potholes and other defects on the highway); and · a review of the Council’s Safety Inspection & Repair Policy and Plan.
