The English Football League require confirmation of the lease status of Edgeley Park by the new owners of Stockport County 2010 Limited. The legal or financial position of the Council or the interests of the Council and/or the residents of Stockport would be prejudiced if the matter is not determined before the next scheduled Cabinet meeting where it could be considered.
