Review of Gambling Policy and Licensing Policy
The purposes of both policies are to set out
how we will exercise our functions under the relevant Acts, i.e.
the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. We are required
to review and publish the Licensing Policy every 5 years and
Gambling Policy every 3 years.
