16/04/2012 - Sustainable Design and Construction Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

The Executive Councillor (Regeneration) has approved the Council’s revised Sustainable Design & Construction (SPD) for adoption.  The SPD provides advice on implementation of the sustainable design and construction approach, as recommended in other planning policy documents, such as the Core Strategy adopted in March 2011.
