13/01/2021 - Proposed Rent Review and either an Assignment or New Lease for the Lock-up Shop at 3 Millbrook Towers, Stockport

The Deputy Chief Executive has given approval to a new 6-year lease to the new tenant and the surrender of the existing lease dated 28th May 2010 for the shop, 3 Millbrook Towers. Authority is also sought to agree outstanding rent reviews for the current lease as detailed in the confidential report.
