The Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration has granted planning permission the conversion of restaurant (A1/A3 use) to a single family home (C3a), with new cladding and landscape works at 547 Chester Road, Woodford, subject to (i) the applicant entering into a Section 106 agreement relating to the provision and maintenance of formal recreation and children’s play space and facilities within the Borough to meet the needs of the residents of the development; (ii) the imposition of condition relating to the use of materials; and (iii) the removal of permitted development rights.
