The Deputy Chief Executive has authorised the entering into of an agreement with an individual to permit them to sell flowers within Mill Lane Cemetery, Cheadle on the terms identified in the ‘not for publication’ report.

The proposal was considered and endorsed by the Cheadle Area Committee in March 2019.
