To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report details an application from Qaiser Mahmood for a variation of the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 at Go Local, 15–19 Worcester Road, Cheadle Hulme, SK8 5NW to extend the timings for the Sale of Alcohol to 24 hours and to add Late Night Refreshments.  The application also seeks to alter the plan of the premises, to include a café area with removable seating and to remove all current conditions under Annex 2 and replace with other, more up to date conditions.

The Sub-Committee is recommended to consider the application for a new premises licence at Go Local, 15-19 Worcester Road, Cheadle Hulme.
