A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) summarising recent appeal decisions, listing current planning appeals and dates for local inquiries and informal hearings according to area committees.

 

The representative of the Deputy Chief Executive provided the following updates to the report:-

 

·         The appeal against the refusal of planning permission for the construction of a vehicular access including footway crossover at 170 edgeley Road, Edgeley had been dismissed.

·         Section 215 notices had been served on properties at 15 Marlowe Walks, Bredbury and 166 Thornley Lane South, Reddish in respect of untidy land.
