Two public questions were submitted relating to (i) the consultation process for planning applications; and (ii) the rationale for the setting of dates of meetings of the Heatons & Reddish Area Committee.

It was reported that since the publication of the agenda a further enforcement notice had been served at 144 Stockport Road, Marple in respect of development which had been undertaken without the benefit of planning permission.
