1.	Apologies
2.	Appointment of the Chair of the Executive Board Under Section 10.2 of the AGMA Constitution, members of the Board are required to elect a Chair for 2017/18 from the largest political group represented on the Board.
3.	Appointment of Vice Chairs of the Executive Board Under Section 10.3 of the AGMA Constitution members of the Board are required to appoint at least 2 but no more than 3 Vice Chairs for 2018/19.
