2.	Appointment of the Chair of the Executive Board Under Section 10.2 of the AGMA Constitution, members of the Board are required to elect a Chair for the municipal year from the largest political group represented on the Board. Appointment of the Vice Chairs of the Executive Board Under Section 10.3 of the AGMA Constitution members of the Board are required to appoint at least 2 but no more than 3 Vice Chairs for 2016/17, with no one political group holding all the vice-chair positions on the Board.
