Review of the Constitution - Town Centre Committee pdf icon PDF 59 KB

To consider a report of the Monitoring Officer.

As part of this realignment of responsibilities, it is also proposed that consideration should be given to the working definition of ‘strategic planning applications’ such that developments that outside the town centre but that were strategic in nature should be ultimately determined by the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee rather than the relevant area committee.
