This report details a proposal to hold the Annual Review of Outcomes on Friday, 7 October 2016.

 

The Committee is recommended to give approval to the date for the Annual Review and request that each Area Committee nominate a recently completed development site to be included on the list of sites to be inspected on the Annual Review Tour.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal to hold the Annual Review of Outcomes Tour on Friday, 7 October 2016.

 

RESOLVED – (1) That the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration be authorised to make the necessary arrangements for the Review of Outcomes Tour to take place on Friday, 7 October 2016.

 

(2) That the Democratic Services Manager be requested to place an item on the agenda for the next cycle of Area Committees to request the nomination of a completed development site to be included on the list of sites to be inspected on the Annual Review Tour and that each Area Committee nominates Members to attend the Tour.

 

(3) That the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration be requested to include a visit on the Tour to the housing development at the former BAe Woodford site, Woodford in addition to any site that may be nominated by the Bramhall & Cheadle Hulme South Area Committee.

 

(4) That the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration be requested to make arrangements for the Tour to visit a completed conversion of a Class B1(a) office development to Class C3 residential accommodation which had been completed under the prior approval process.
