Plan no. 57661 for the building of four no. three storey semi-detached town houses behind 11 and 13 Albert Road and the remodelling of existing access onto Albert Road at 11 Albert Road, Cheadle Hulme as her daughter lived in the vicinity of the proposed development and had been consulted on the proposals.

 

Councillor Corris left the meeting during the consideration of this item and took no part in the discussion or vote.
