The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 27 March 2014 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

One public question was submitted relating to the adequacy of the period of time which members of the Committee had received to consider the report relating to plan no. 54582 in the light of its receipt two days in advance of the meeting.

 

Members of the Committee each confirmed that they had sufficient time in advance of the meeting to consider the report and determine the application.

Minutes:

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a report made by the Visiting Team following a visit on 23 April 2014 to Cheadle Hulme School, Claremont Road, Cheadle Hulme in relation to plan no. 54582.

 

RESOLVED – That the report be noted.
