NOTE: It is proposed that the development applications listed below shall be determined under the Urgent Action provisions of the constitution.

This permits the Chief Executive or the appropriate Corporate Director, following consultation with the relevant Committee Chair, to make decisions that would ordinarily be reserved to a committee of the Council.

While members are being consulted as part of this decision-making process, it is important to note that the decision must be one for the Corporate Director alone to make.

Refurbishment and extension of Pepper House to create 14 individual B1 units, new business accommodation on land to the east of Pepper House and the creation of a new business hub to the front of the site, together with internal road layout alterations and parking.

Removal of condition 13 of planning permission DC040563, to change the use of the building from that previously granted as a holiday let to a separate residential dwellinghouse (Retrospective).

Conversion of restaurant (A1/A3 use) to a single family home (C3a), with new cladding and landscape works.

Erection of a noise monitoring unit on a concrete plinth with a 6.064m high mast.

Replacement of existing veranda with a new veranda.

Erection of eight dwellings with associated landscaping, parking and access. Minor Material Amendment to planning permission DC/075538 in terms of elevational alterations.
