Stockport Together Governance At the last meeting, the Panel requested information in respect of the following:-
(i) Chronology of the development of the Stockport Together programme (ii) Map of decision making a. What were the types of decisions that would be taken b. What happens in the event of one partner not agreeing to a decision c. An example decision and how it would progress through existing governance processes d. Architecture of the Alliance Board (iii) NHS Accountability mechanisms and how this linked to the new models of care (iv) NHS Change process and requirements for consultation (v) Public engagement mechanisms for Stockport Together partners
