To approve as a correct record and sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 15 October 2018.

The Minutes (copies of which had been circulated) of the meeting held on 15 October 2018 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

Councillors and officers were invited to declare any interests they had in any of the items on the agenda for the meeting.

No declarations of interest were made.

To consider a report of the Director for Education.

The Scrutiny Review Panel are invited to consider and comment on the report and make any appropriate recommendations for consideration as part of the draft final report.

The Director for Education submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) outlining the services provided for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and a commentary on how the Council interacts with Academies.

RESOLVED – That consideration of the report be deferred until the next scheduled meeting on Tuesday 18^th December 2018.
