RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted subject to the imposition of a condition relating to the provision of electric vehicle charging facilities.

RESOLVED – That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to grant planning permission, subject to conditions and a Section 106 Agreement with regard to the provision of formal recreation facilities within the area and improvements to the footpath network to the north and east of the site.
