The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee grants planning permission.

RESOLVED –That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to grant planning permission subject to conditions and:-

 

·         A list of projects on the Formal Sports Priority List within the Heatons and Reddish area being provided to Members of the Area Committee; and

·         An additional condition being recommended to the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee to enforce the proper maintenance of these areas in the future and that the wording be circulated to Members of the Area Committee for their consideration prior to the report being submitted to the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee.
