In respect of plan no. RESOLVED – That planning permission be granted subject to the imposition of a condition relating to the submission of a landscaping scheme that included the provision of mature planting on the façade fronting Cuthbert Road.

RESOLVED – That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit in order to consider the effect of the proposals on the house known as ‘Clifton’ situated on Old Road and the trees on the site boundary, and for the Committee to examine the heritage aspects of the application.
