RESOLVED – That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development would be detrimental to the residential amenity of any potential occupiers by virtue of noise and odour and by virtue of the impact of the proposed development on the local highway network.

RESOLVED – (7 for, 3 against) That consideration of this application be deferred until a future meeting of the Committee pending further discussions with the applicant in relation to the Committee’s concerns with regard to highway access and the proposed mechanical ventilation of a proportion of the properties on the site.
