Purpose:
To agree the renewal of the lease of Edgeley
Park football stadium.
Decision:
The Cabinet Member for Resources, Commissioning and Governance has given approval to the surrender of the current lease and has given approval the grant of a new lease of Edgeley Park football stadium to Stockport County 2010 Limited on the terms identified in the ‘not for publication’ report; and has authorised the Head of Legal Services to take such steps as are appropriate and necessary to implement the decision.
