The Cabinet Member for Sustainable Stockport has approved the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orders and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following orders can be made:

 

Ward Street

 

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order - No Waiting At Any Time

Ward Street – South Western side

From a point 3 metres north west of the projected south easterly kerb line of the North Easterly section of Adcroft Street for a distance of approximately 90 metres in a North Westerly direction.

 

Jones Square

 

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order – No Waiting At Any Time

Jones Square North East side

From a point 15 metres South East of the Southerly kerbline of Hempshaw Lane for a distance of 21 metres in a South Easterly direction.

 

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order – No Waiting At Any Time

Jones Square North East side

From the Southerly kerbline of Hempshaw Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a South Easterly direction.

 

This decision supersedes those set out in ACEDCS532 and CMDCH117 that contained drafting errors.
