Purpose:

To seek Cabinet approval of the business plan for the Mayoral Development Corporation covering the period until the end of March 2020.

Decision:

The Cabinet considered and approved the first Strategic Business Plan for the Town Centre West Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC), as required by the Council and the GMCA as part of the governance arrangements for the MDC, for the period up to the end of March 2020.
