Decision:
The Deputy Chief Executive as approved the award of a contract to J R Foy & Son Ltd, following a tendering process, to undertake improvement works to a property on Garners Lane to provide additional bedroom accommodation for fostering.
The funding for the works is from the Council’s Children’s Reserve (Budget Resilience Reserve) which has been approved by the Borough Treasurer and Corporate Leadership Team in accordance with the Cabinet’s agreed Reserves Policy.
