The Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing has given approval to the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the Orders at a cost of £700 to be funded from a developer contribution, in order to prevent parking at the junction that would hamper visibility:

 

Proposed No Waiting at Any Time

 

Compstall Road (South) - From a point 24 metres of the western kerbline of the intersection of Cherry Tree Lane, to a point of 32 metres east from the intersection of the southern kerb line of Cherry Tree Lane.

 

Cherry Tree Lane (Both Sides) - From the intersection of the southern kerbline of Compstall Road, for a distance of 22 metres in a south easterly direction.

 

The Werneth Area Committee supported these proposals.
