Decision:
The Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing considered proposals to reduce inappropriate parking on Wilmslow Road near the junction of Grange Road that was causing a hazard for residents, and approved the statutory legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Orderand, and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, authorising the Order being made:-
Wilmslow Road, Cheadle – ‘No Waiting at Any Time’
West Side
From a point 30 metres south of the intersection of the southern kerb line of Warren Avenue, to a point 10 metres north of the intersection of the northern kerb line of Waldon Avenue.
West Side
From a point 10 metres south of the intersection of the southern kerb line of Waldon Avenue, for a distance of 99 metres in a southerly direction.
The £850 cost for the proposals is to be met from the Executive Budget.
The Cheadle Area Committee supported the proposals.
