Decision details

The Leader of the Council has approved the following in relation to the transfer of equipment currently stored by the Council used for the Duke of Edinburgh Scheme:-

·         the equipment as specified in the appendices to the report be transferred into the ownership of the above organisations through Deeds of Transfer, to contain appropriate obligations on the relevant organisation;

·         that the Principal Lead Integrated Services (Education) be authorised to make the arrangements described above;

·         that the Head of Legal and Democratic Governance is authorised to do all things necessary or incidental to the implementation of the proposals in this report.
