The Area Committee was minded to approve the following Traffic Regulation Order on Newlands Road, Cheadle, at an approximate cost of £500 to be funded from the National Productivity Investment Fund (NPIF):-

 

Revocation of Existing No Waiting at Any Time

 

Newlands Road, Cheadle -, south east side, from a point 2 metres north east of the north easterly kerb line of Manchester Road for a distance of 9.2m in a north easterly direction.

 

Proposed Limited Waiting Monday – Saturday 8am – 6pm for 2 Hours No Return within 2 Hours

 

Newlands Road, Cheadle -south east side, from a point 2 metres north east of the easterly kerb line of Manchester Road for a distance of 9.2m in a north easterly direction.

 

The Area Committee further approved the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order can be made.
